Flag football is also a great way for children to develop social skills. By being a part of a team, children learn how to communicate and work well with others. They will learn how to take initiative and lead, but then they also learn when it is their turn to sit back and follow.
We play 5 Quarters of football. Quarters 1-4 are 10 minutes long (Running Clock) and every kid plays 2 equal quarters. 5th Quarter is 8 minutes long with 1 timeout, the coach is allowed to sub kids in and out.
